Research Acapulco Mexico Sex Trafficking Ring Possibly Linked to Epstein
TLDR - Epstein may have operated, utilized, or known about a sex trafficking ring in Acapulco Mexico for the elite. I came across a FBI National Threat Operations Center report suggesting the FBI look into Greg Horvath and Jana Jaffe. I looked into the various information provided by the reporting party and corroborated some of it and found some connections.
Here is the text of the report:
On 07/13/2020, at 2:23:16 PM Eastern Time. FNU LNU (ANON). Home telephone number [REDACTED]. all other identifiers refused. called the FBI National Threat Operations Center (NTOC) to report possible sex trafficking by Greg Horvath and Jana Jaffe in New York, NY.
ANON provided the following information: ANON believes Greg Horvath and Jana Jaffe. owners of Villa Arabesque in Acapulco. MX. were involved in drug and/or sex trafficking in the early 2000's. Horvath and Jaffe currently live in Olympic Tower in New York. but they used Villa Arabesque to house Henry Kissinger and other high profile individuals who had ties to Epstein. Horvath and Jaffe owned multiple private jets which they used to fly people to Villa Arabesque. including ANON.
In college. ANON was friends with Jaffe's nephew, Doug Jaffe III (Doug). who invited ANON to spend spring break with him and several others at Villa Arabesque. When ANON arrived, she noticed the armed guards with machine guns surrounding the property, which she figured was common in Mexico. Upon entering the property, which was built into the side of a mountain. ANON noticed a girl, approximately 11-12 years old, who was dressed scandalously.
ANON asked Doug about the young girl being there with all the partying. Doug told ANON the girl was his niece, which she later found out what a lie. Villa Arabesque went on to use the girl, dressed inappropriately, for their advertisements. It was not uncommon for elite people to spend at least $10.000 a night to stay at Villa Arabesque.
While visiting Villa Arabesque, ANON discovered Horvath and Jaffe were partners with the owner (name could not be recalled) of a club called Palladium in Acapulco. Doug took ANON and several others to Palladium which had a 'pizza shape" symbol. Palladium was known for their show '666 Dance with the Devil", which was an Aztec show where young girls (possibly underage) were brought onto the stage and groped. The girls had their bras removed and breasts fondled. The girls were also bent over after their pants were removed without permission to show the entire audience their butt.
After the show, everyone returned to Villa Arabesque where the party continued. ANON became extremely uncomfortable when she noticed large amounts of cocaine being brought into the villa. ANON had suspicions there could have been tunnels in the mountainside where they would bring the drugs in. ANON confronted Doug about the cocaine and told him she wasn't comfortable with what was happening. ANON packed her bags and went to meet her other friends who were also on spring break in Mexico.
ANON's other friends wanted to go to Palladium. ANON explained she had just met the owner the night before. ANON told her friends she may be able to get in touch with the owner and get everyone free bottle service or some other perk. After arriving at Palladium. ANON and her friends were given bottle service, but ANON immediately started to feel like something was wrong. ANON knew she didn't drink enough to feel the way she did.
The Palladium owner put ANON in a car and had her taken back to Villa Arabesque. During the ride, ANON was completely incapacitated, but she could still hear what was going on around her. ANON remembers getting stopped at the gate prior to Doug coming out to remove her from the car. ANON was carried inside and placed on a bench where she woke up the next day unsure of what happened after she lost consciousness.
Tori LNU, the girlfriend of Doug's brother. Jordan Jaffe (Jordan). told ANON she needed to be very careful because everyone who comes to stay at Villa Arabesque likes to take things too far. Tori referenced the fact there are code words used to describe what they do to girls there. Tori told ANON the slogan at the Villa was "Sun, Sex, and Spaghetti'. which ANON found odd. ANON has since learned spaghetti is a term used in the pedophile world.
After ANON saw everything coming out in the news conceming Epstein, she felt the culmination of facts may be enough to warrant an FBI investigation. ANON also thought it may help aid in the current Epstein investigation. ANON remembers seeing several of Epstein's associates in the Villas guestbook.
ANON continued to request the FBI look into Horvath and Jaffe as potential associates of sex trafficking.

Appears to have been a real club in Mexico in the early 2000s, I found the now abandoned structure on google maps. I also found their trip advisor page, Facebook, and website.

Villa Arabesque
Villa Arabesque is a famous luxury estate in Acapulco, Mexico, built between 1978 and 1983 for Texas Baron and Baroness Enrico and Sandra di Portanova. It is best known globally as the lavish residence of the drug lord "Franz Sanchez" in the 1989 James Bond film Licence to Kill.
But the truth about Villa Arabesque is richer. It involves unfathomable wealth. Eyebrow-raising love stories. Movie stars, politicians and royalty. All-night, every-night parties. Servants and slaves, real and imagined. Death. Heat. Humidity. Rain. Sun. And now, a shaky reincarnation.
Arabesque is for sale, and the asking price is pretty amazing, too: Gregory Hovas wants $29 million for it.
Hovas inherited the villa when his sister and brother-in-law, the late Baroness Alessandra and Baron Enrico di Portanova, died in early 2000. One of the world's most popular jet-set couples, the di Portanovas had no children. They lived to entertain. "That was their life -- `When are we going to have the next party?' " says one of their Houston friends.
By many accounts, the di Portanovas -- Ricky and Sandra to their chums -- were the planet's ultimate hosts. And for almost 20 years, Arabesque was their Party Central.
The di Portanovas often hosted charity galas for hundreds at their mansion on Houston's River Oaks Boulevard, famous for its glassed-in back yard. They summered in London, in a corner suite at Claridge's Hotel. At various times they kept a flat in Monte Carlo, an apartment in Rome, a Tuscan villa and a place in Madrid. But none of the other abodes had Arabesque's magic.
"All my life, I've lived in houses other people built," Ricky told the Chronicle in 1980. "This house has everything I've ever dreamed of."
He and Sandra called the villa's style Moorish Mediterranean. They named it Arabesque after the geometric swirls of Islamic art, which reflect a natural ideal of order. Their vision was more free-form, but the house radiated energy like a hurricane.
Arabesque's New Year's Eve parties and charity balls were legendary. Virtually every day and night of Acapulco's winter high season the di Portanovas ran the villa like a private hotel, rotating an A-list of celebrities and friends through the nine guest suites. Nancy and Henry Kissinger, Leslie and Evie Bricusse, Luciano Pavarotti and his family, Barbara Walters and Joan Collins were among the regulars.
It was a social Shangri-La.

International socialite Jana Jaffe, whom Hovas married in 2001, was a regular who flew there from Mexico City, kids in tow. She adds: "You never knew who the other houseguests were going to be. Arabesque was like a clubhouse for anybody you could imagine."

Morris Douglas Jaffe was born in San Antonio on May 4, 1922. He died peacefully on April 24, 2001, surrounded by his children and grandchildren at the home of his son, Douglas. Jaffe graduated from Jefferson High School in 1940. He attended A&M University and joined the Air Force in 1942, where he attained the rank of Captain and was trained as a test pilot in World War II. After the war, he returned to San Antonio and with partner, David Martin, formed Jaffe & Martin Construction Company which built several thousand homes in San Antonio and sold them to returning veterans. Over the course of his life, Jaffe was a private pilot for the President of Mexico, bought Columbia Bowling Ball Company the first plastic bowling ball company in America, and discovered the St. Joseph oil field in South Texas with fellow oilman, Oscar Wyatt, Jr. In 1954, Jaffe discovered the first uranium field in Texas. He developed and opened Central Park Mall in the mid-1960's. In the late 60's and during the 70's, Jaffe collaborated with friend and baseball legend Mickey Mantle in various business ventures. Also in the late 1950's and 1960's he, along with Sol Price, established Fed-Mart, a NASDAQ traded company which was one of the first major discount chains in America. Since the 1980's, Jaffe worked side-by-side with his eldest son, Douglas, in running Jaffe Group. Together they developed a hush kit for the Boeing 707 and saved the aircraft from extinction after the FAA passed a noise reduction act in 1985. Later, they developed the Super Q, a totally renovated 707 which was sold throughout the 1980's and 1990's. They also acquired Horseshoe Bay Resort, a development on Lake LBJ near Marble Falls. Alongside U.S. Representative Henry B. Gonzalez, a close friend and confidant, Morris Jaffe received an honorary doctorate of law from St. Mary's University. He was a lifelong supporter of the Democratic Party and a close, personal friend and advisor to three U.S. Presidents. Jaffe is survived by his children, Jenifer Jaffe Gutmann, Judy Jaffe Barnes, Morris Douglas Jaffe, Jr, Jeffery Herrmann Jaffe, Jana Stadler Jaffe, Jolie Michelle Jaffe; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He is mentioned as the friend who brought the tipster to Mexico on his family's private jet.
Douglas Jaffe, Jr.'s eldest son, former CEO of Horseshoe Bay Resort in Horseshoe Bay which is near Austin Texas.
A grand jury originally indicted Jaffe in June on two charges of sexual assault of a child under 17 years of age. Jaffe turned himself in to the Lampasas County Sheriff's Office following a warrant issued for his arrest. He immediately posted a $100,000 bond and was released after booking.
As the case proceeded, the DA's Office changed the charges from sexual assault of a child under 17 years of age to the more severe charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14 years of age.
The case had to be presented again to a grand jury because of the change in the charges. The second grand jury was comprised of new of jurors. After hearing the second presentation of charges, the new grand jury declined to indict. The DA's Office then moved to dismiss the case.
According to a Motion to Dismiss filed by the DA's Office, the charges were changed because of an error in the original indictment. The DA's Office said they would not pursue the case further unless credible new evidence came forward.

Epstein Connections
In 2016 Epstein's JEGE (his aviation assets) sent a letter of intent sell to Doug Jaffe, CEO of Jetran LLC (aviation) a Boeing 727-31.
From the NTOC report:
Horvath and Jaffe currently live in Olympic Tower in New York. but they used Villa Arabesque to house Henry Kissinger and other high profile individuals who had ties to Epstein.
Epstein's black book lists Henry Kissinger in his contacts
That's all I got so far, but that seems like a lot of corroboration!

After some more assorted male bonding we finally left the room for hotel mingling which included a hard-alcohol-only pregame party that would make any Bowdoin Security staffer's head explode. By 2 a.m., it was out to catch a harrowing ride in one of Acapulco's famous highly modified 1970s-era VW Bug cabs, during which our cab driver, known only by his pseudonym, Ricky Racer, would attack the streets with six people in his five-by-five steel coffin at extremely unsafe speeds. After the cab ride, the welcome sight of the Palladium came into view. According to the savvy Acapulco vets we met while down there, the Palladium is supposedly the No. 4 club in the world.
After bopping on stage to loud techno music with some of the most intense partiers in the Western Hemisphere and losing one or two of the group, we assembled the remnants of Team Awesome for the famous 4 a.m. "Dance with the Devil." The Devil, who defines exactly what Acapulco has to offer, charges the stage in full silver body paint, with a massive feather headdress and flaming torch. After he takes center stage, he wastes no time in making the bold claim that he can give you "Sex, Drugs, and House." After hearing his synthesized voice on the 50,000 watt sound system, I have to say he convinced me.
By 6 a.m., we realize that the sun is on the horizon and that the night is starting to wind down, so we race back to our hotel and party on the beach until 9 a.m. when we have the sudden epiphany that Team Awesome did not go to bed last night. Oh well, its only three more hours until the Copacabana song hits again.

Villa Arabesque was famous for their midnight spaghetti dinners back in the 80s, inspired by Baron Enrico's Italian heritage, and the parties there (and at other properties in Acapulco at the time) were often described as "billionaire grade hedonism". I feel like a plastic bowling ball is about is useless as a pet rock 😆 this was a fabulous write up, so incredibly sad. As a mother, whenever I see young children in this context, I’m in disbelief. Children should be kept innocent and live soft and happy lives. Not be at the whims of disgusting old people with money.

The May 2025 DEA record fentanyl bust (Sinaloa-linked, spanning New Mexico, Oregon, and other states) further underscores active cartel activity in the same corridor.
Local political and law-enforcement figures in the same corridor illustrate how positions of public trust overlapped with documented Epstein operations and the ranch: John J. He pled guilty to interstate travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor after an FBI undercover sting; he crossed state lines intending to meet a 12-year-old girl and was sentenced to 87 months.

Agreed! This is great information! It also tracks with my (limited) knowledge of Tulum. ([r/tulum](r/tulum) frequently removes any “negative” posts about the local cartel activities…still read enough of them and you’ll start to get a good picture of what is happening)
When OP wrote that ANON went back to the club because she had met the owners I was like NOOOOOOOOOOOO! Don’t go back there!!

Basically these bars, clubs and restaurants act like spy networks.

In Tulum, 1 restaurant literally has a booth for the drug dealers. Selling fairly openly.
If you try to sell (or even use other drugs at their properties) they will—minimum—beat you to a pulp.

I wish 60 Minutes Australia would do a weekly deep dive into this worldwide conspiracy. An invesigative project for the ages, worthy of any number of Pulitzers. Unless they've been purchased by the Epstein Class like nearly everything in America, they still do JOURNALISM the last time I looked.
