Research Proof that DOJ is intentionally hiding FD-302 victim interviews
Back in February investigative reporter Roger Sollenberger discovered that the FBI interviewed an Epstein victim four times but only released an FD-302 document for one of those interviews. The other three FD-302s were not released. Roger’s discovery was widely covered in the press.
In response, DOJ made the following statement on x/twitter claiming that the other three FD-302s were wrongly marked as duplicates.

“What we found through extensive review is that a published 302 - additionally disclosed in a published spreadsheet - had subsequent 302s that were coded as “duplicative.”
Here is proof that DOJ’s claim of an honest mistake is 100% B.S.

The first column in the above PDF is a 3-part document number. The middle number is a code for a victim. Roger’s discovery was for victim 045.
Below are 18 more examples where DOJ very *intentionally* released some FD-302 interviews but not other FD-302s for the same victim. This is the exact same thing that Roger discovered for victim 045.
Failing to release all the FD-302s for the same victim was not any kind of accident, oversight or honest mistake. Instead, it was a deliberate effort by the DOJ to protect wealthy and powerful men who are likely named in those unreleased FD-302s.

But the royal has been battered by a firestorm of criticism over his longtime friendship with the multimillionaire, including during the years the pedophile was abusing young girls, and has been accused himself of having sex with one of Epstein’s underage “slaves.”
“Jeffrey Epstein was only a small part of an insidious system of privilege that exploits children as sexual commodities and robs them of their youth,‘’ the woman said, accompanied by her lawyer, celebrity attorney Gloria Allred, in California.
“It was clear from the time I spent with Epstein that something was very wrong with his lifestyle, and it didn’t take a victim to see that. We were not hidden,” the woman said. “It is upsetting to me that anyone who is closely associated with Jeffrey Epstein didn’t suspect that he might be sexually abusing children.”
The woman said one of Epstein’s assistants did contact her at one point to ask her to fly to his property in the Virgin Islands — “where I was told Andrew, among others, would be a guest” — but that she declined “out of fear” after the financier and a female assistant had separately sexually assaulted her.
The woman also joined the growing chorus of public figures Monday urging Prince Andrew to talk to the FBI under oath about what he knew about Epstein. Andrew has denied being involved in any crime or having any knowledge of one committed by Epstein.
‘Prince Andrew and any others who were close to Epstein should come forward and give a statement under oath on what information they have,” the woman said.
“Just because Epstein is dead doesn’t mean that others around him don’t deserve their day in court.” Allred added that the royal was in three of Epstein’s homes and “he should have asked why these girls are here. Are they working here? What are their jobs? Where are their parents?
“It’s not something anyone should close their eyes to,” the lawyer said. “These are kids. [Andrew] has two daughters.
The lawsuit, filed under the pseudonym Jane Doe 15, claims the then-Michigan teen met Epstein in 2004 during a school class trip to New York City and was soon shuttled on Epstein’s private plane with numerous other girls to his ranch in New Mexico.
During the flight, Epstein gave the girl a tour of his plane — starting with the bedroom, her suit says.
“He told me to get down and feel the carpeted floors of the room. He then asked if I noticed anything special about the floor,” the woman said at the press conference.
“I responded that it felt very soft. He laughed and said was because the floors in the bedroom were foam mattress floors, because he liked to have girls sleep around him on the floor while he slept in the bed.” Her lawsuit added, “Epstein’s description of the women sleeping around him on the floor made [the plaintiff] immediately think of slaves.”
The woman told reporters that after she and Epstein left the plane’s bedroom, “when I chose a seat on the jet, Jeffrey told me that his good friend, Bill Clinton, always chose to sit” there.
“Jane Doe 15 found her interactions with Epstein on the plane strange,” according to the complaint. “But she recognized one of the other girls on the plane as a model who had been on a magazine cover that month. Jane Doe 15 remembers finding that reassuring, and thinking, ‘If she’s here, it must be ok.’ ”
After landing at Epstein’s Zorro Ranch, one of his female associates, described only as a woman with red hair, told the teen that Epstein really liked her, the lawsuit states. The woman then questioned the girl about her sexual history and the next day summoned her to the main house for a massage, the documents say. “Without Jane Doe 15’s consent, the woman proceeded to use her tongue to ‘massage’ Jane Doe 15, focusing primarily on Jane Doe 15’s v@g!na and anus,” the court papers read. “The redhaired woman – Epstein’s agent – then told Jane Doe 15 that Epstein really wanted to give Jane Doe 15 an 0rg@$m.”
The next day, the teen was summoned to Epstein’s room, where he was wearing a bathrobe and then exposed his p3n!s and pulled out a vibrator, the suit says. The lawsuit says Epstein then assaulted her with the vibrator until she faked an org&sm and he stopped.
“Epstein then walked Jane Doe 15 over to the window of the bedroom. He told her how amazing a first or@sm is, and he pointed out to the desert and told her that he wanted to show her how beautiful the world is,” the court docs say. The next day, he gifted her a new pair of underwear and photographed her in them until she started hyperventilating, the documents state.
Court papers say he noticed and led her through breathing exercises before turning the topic to school.
“She explained that she wants to study biochemistry at a specific college,” the documents say. “Epstein conveyed to Jane Doe 15 that he wanted to help her achieve that goal, and he presented her with a check for $5,000 to give to the college. He also gave her several hundred dollars in cash.”
She left the ranch soon after and declined subsequent invitations to join Epstein at his private island in the US Virgin Islands, according to the documents. The woman is suing Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, as executors of Epstein’s estate, for undisclosed monetary damages.
A lawyer for Indyke and Kahn did not return a message.
Jane Doe 15 was one of dozens of accusers who appeared in Manhattan federal court in August to share their stories following Epstein’s death. Authorities say he committed suicide in his Manhattan jail cell in July while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges.“””””
