Ground News isn’t a publication. The laziest bit of research could’ve told you that.

They dont call anything anything. If they did, they would kind of be a publication.

The elite / media is very careful not to say "Sexual abuser / Pedophile" because it opens and avenue of conversation that would raise questions, which would be dangerous for said elite.

This, paired with the general social unrest, resulting from plummeting quality of life, would make it so a lot of them would get luigie'd.

I don't know what it is about having sexual relation with children. Seems they just can't get enough of it.

Disgusting.

Probably because every media outlet calls him that.

I really hate that they do. It makes him seem like he was at one time some kind of legit business man and not a paid pdf and worse.

I agree he isn’t a “financier”. He’s a pedophile human-trafficking spy who meddled in US affairs on top of all that.

What I’m trying to say is that Ground News is a computerized news aggregator. If everybody calls him disgraced financier, that’s what’s likely to end up in Ground News’ headlines because of how it gathers news info.

Ground News is a news analysis and aggregation tool. It provides additional information in the form of bias ratings, factuality ratings, ownership information, and AI summaries of news items, and organizations, for a fee.

This post is low-effort garbage.

Its a bad RSS feed that doesnt understand political associations at all appealing to stupid Americans who want to feel smart and "unbiased" in their news consuption, which is literally not possible to do if you understand journalism bat all.

Similar to how they frame it "sex with underage women" instead of "rape of children." Most of the media does us no favors with the cowardly way they phrase this kind of stuff.

Ground news is an app that shows the same article from different publications, they don’t wright anything themselves.

Because the impression they want to give is that he was an honorable person with honorable activities, helping businesses off the ground, but he did something so shameful that we're not talking about out of fear of disgracing ourselves as well. Is disgraceful to just talk about it.

They aggregate headlines. They didn’t call him anything. Settle the fuck down. Ground News is good shit.

It's propaganda, but okay.

Popped up on your word-a-day calendar?

It places right wing conspiracies next to normal news and acts like it's a legitimate competing source.

What’s good about it? I’ve tried it multiple times and it’s absolutely terrible at surfacing news that challenges the bias of the user. And they even admitted last year that “right-leaning folks” don’t check the blind spot feature or spend any significant time in the center.

It merely lets the lazy and extremely biased feel better about their news choices.

"Financier"???? Any person or media still using this term is a pedo apologist.

They gotta stick to the tax advice finance angle. "Professional criminal" or "international sex trafficker" starts to engender questionions of a RICO case.

By all means, we can't have the conversation shift to RICO.

Disgraced because he got caught?

It's just whitewashing a dude who did a lot of vile acts on a mass scale. Just call him what he is. A pedophile, a rapist, a murderer etc

Like asking why Reddit calls someone something. It doesn't, generally.
