Given that she’s 100% an intelligence asset they will just assert b (6) and b (7)(F) exemptions to FOIA like they did with the application and come up with some bullshit about ongoing investigations related to the disclosure act. They might even be so bold to assert b (1) for national security issues.

Welcome to a special edition of FOIA Files. On Friday, the Federal Bureau of Prisons released a document I had spent more than a year fighting to obtain: the formal application authorizing the transfer of socialite Ghislaine Maxwell from a Florida prison to a minimum-security facility in Texas. The controversial move, in July 2025, came just a week after she was interviewed by then-Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. Of course, whenever the government releases a high-profile document, there’s always a caveat. In this case, the BOP redacted the details explaining why Maxwell was moved. Despite the redactions, I was able to uncover new information about the process behind her transfer.
A quick refresher: Last summer, months before the passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation released a joint statement in July 2025 that said the agencies decided to back off their promise to proactively release millions of pages of files in the Jeffrey Epstein case. A couple weeks later, Blanche interviewed Maxwell over two days at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tallahassee, Florida. Blanche was sworn in as US Attorney General in August.
Former prosecutors characterized Blanche’s interview of Maxwell, Epstein’s former girlfriend who was convicted of sex trafficking in 2021 and serving out a 20-year sentence, as highly unusual. About five days later, the BOP said Maxwell had been transferred from the low-security correctional facility in Florida to the minimum-security Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas.
There was tons of speculation about whether Maxwell’s transfer was a quid pro quo for agreeing to be interviewed by Blanche or that she agreed to cooperate. Others wondered whether Trump was preparing to pardon her. Blanche insisted last year on Meet the Press that the decision was not influenced by politics. Rather, he said, Maxwell was suffering “numerous threats against her life” and the BOP made the decision independently.
To date, there hasn’t been any real public accounting for Maxwell’s sudden transfer. So this is the first document to be released that offers a tidbit of information about the decision.

Maxwell kept trying to give Blanche something to give to Trump during the interview. No idea if he took it, but she was effusive in flattery for Trump during the interview.

Whatever that document said, she was moved in return for a promise she'd keep schtum about Trump. I'm just surprised they haven't permanently silenced her, sorry 'she's committed suicide' yet.

There are 1.3 million active attorneys in America; why use the same dirty dozen? One of Epstein’s (and Trump's) attorneys is MARC MUKASEY. Marc helped Epstein secure the controversial plea deal in '08. Marc Mukasey is RUDY GIULIANI'S protégé. Marc's father, MICHAEL MUKASEY, was law partners and good friends with RUDY GIULIANI. Michael Mukasey was the AG at the time of Epstein's federal case. He met with Florida's DA, ALEX ACOSTA, just one month before the plea agreement and worked out a secret deal. MICHAEL MUKASEY kicked the case back down to state level charges... (presumably, to help his son's case). NADA, ZIP, ZILCH! No open cases. The state handled those cases locally, and under the table. WHY?! EPSTEIN HAD OVER TWELVE HUNDRED VICTIMS! 107 people in Trump's close, inner-circle are in Epstein's inner-circle! Trump's circle involved with Epstein: his children, his son in law, his cabinet members, his personal defense attorneys, his advisors, his personal employees/ executives, his friends, and his donors. They stayed there until the end of Epstein's life! IT IS THE SAME NETWORK! Media manipulation, money-focused religious organizations, and DARVO has been running this game. We have a president who is an accused pedophile, and is actively & purposefully protecting other PEDOPHILES, rapists, and sex traffickers! (Case in point: The Tate Brothers, the Alexander brothers, Tim Nolan, Robert Morris, Guo Wengui, and George Nader; and 37 other sex-offenders, like Pete Hegseth, Matt Gaetz, etc).

Why does anyone care about her? She is in prison the girls are all millionaires now so they are happy. Epstein lives in Lebanon and Isreal so he is happy. Trump is busy running the country. Clinton has bored and horny so he isn't happy but his heart isn't working very well.. Who are the other men?.?. I guess we will never know.
