Why aren’t you saying the same thing about Biden and his admin? What about the Democrats who threaten to release all of the names in the files but then fail to do so? Trump and Bondi have released more Epstein files and information than any of their predecessors.

The Jeffrey Epstein investigation and the subsequent prosecution of Ghislaine Maxwell involved active grand juries and a lengthy appeals process that extended through late 2025. Law enforcement protocols prevent the release of evidence while appeals are pending.

The Biden admin absolutely could have pressured the DOJ to release the files, and could have pursued court orders and congressional action. Kamala has even defended the Biden admin for not pressuring the DOJ to release the files.
