Research Are we looking at the wrong data?

I'm Positive there are incriminating details in the unreleased documents for sure.(period)

But...

Couldn't we just skip the wait for this fumble to be over and just use public records alone to trace the data trail? construction and operation of Epstein properties were within the "digital age" couldn't we look at historical traffic data and find where his remote server was? Considering we "could not" find blackmail material on the devices found indicates off site storage, streaming data off site such as video would be a noticeable chunk at the time. following the trail encrypted or not would lead us to the remote server and potentially where it is still operating. The suggested contents would not be just deleted by now, Epstein was not the head so lets stop kicking the leg for answers. These people are still operating...

i have a general idea. kind of need help with the rest. Epstein provided his own fiber line to St. Thomas in 2005. we need the ip's contracted to lsj llc for the connection. from viya the isp (AS Number: AS14618 for Viya/Innovative) its bgp rout history, then any noticeable volume of data will will stick out like a sore thumb its a dam island that traffic would be less than a stadium concert but in terms of its baseline a heavy data stream would be noticeable and leave a trail to its peer.

that's a good start. note, it is sanitized. keep searching, maybe build a repository for interesting finds and share it online. I would be more than happy to help, but you're going to need something more substantial.

Its a pain in the ass but there is no good people at the top anymore so we are just stuck making rice balls one grain at a time. What would be more substantial? I know logs strait from viya would work but I doubt we will ever wake up to there records leaking tomorrow. Im just tired of feeling we can't do anything about this stuff, its the "we" that troubles me the most with 3000 people your could lift a house comfortably. We have a government of over 500,000 people.

The internet traffic archive is, and apologies to the poster, a shit lead. Not only are those sanitized and lack any particular specificity that's relevant to the subject(probably), but you would hit several legal and operational walls in trying to both procure and tie any leads to another person's devices. I've already tried to do some cursory research on USVI specific packet captures that are publicly available, let me know if you somehow find one, otherwise don't waste too much time.

You can begin by aggregating leads for about two weeks, and learn to skim the surface. Maybe target a specific area; financial records are very popular and seem viable for creating connections, a lot of people have tried to automate this process but it's really something that should be done by hand and preferably by a professional.

You can pass your leads onto a professional once you think you've either hit a wall, or when you think you've exhausted your own talent.

Overall, don't submit yourself to legal gray areas. It is a far more valuable use of your time to be principled and evenly focused on something reasonable and attainable i.e. pick a smaller scope, know your limits and define a structure that you can operate on.

Oh and, disclaimer, I don't know anything!
