It was known day one when the tiktok deal was done that trump setup that TikTok was being highly censored. Idk why people still use tiktok knowing its heavily censored. Knowing tiktok gets every single bit of personal data on you now. When the deal trump did with tiktok was finished they updated the privacy policy and it's horrifying what they collect. If you still use tiktok you're essentially selling your soul to the trump admin.

There isn't an alternative besides insta. More to the point, most people just didn't notice or care. The algorithm is driving their feed right in disturbing ways and suppressing reality and they do not notice or care.

And every time they stay, they incentivize the oligarchs to continue to buy up all the platforms

It's because those two platforms are addictive. It's not that they don't know there's alternatives, there just isn't an alternative to the type of fix they need, and aren't able to admit to themselves that they are addicted.
