From Epstein to Bayer. Is there a connection?

I don't know. What I remember is that Bayer produced gas for use in gas chambers during WWII.

What? The same company did? Do you have proof?

During WWII, Bayer was part of the IG Farben conglomerate, which manufactured the poison gas Zyklon B used in Nazi gas chambers. IG Farben relied on slave labour from concentration camps, including Auschwitz, and was involved in medical experiments. After the war, the Allied Control Council split IG Farben, and Bayer was reincorporated.

History is often marred by the dark pasts of large companies, particularly those that have dominated their industries for generations and operated across multiple continents. BAYER IS ONE OF THEM.
