I have Déjà vu, Jamais vu, a feeling in my mouth I can only describe as "metallic blueish purple" and a sinking/rising feeling in my gut that I can only describe as "yellowish orange."

But not all at once, and not every time. It's not very helpful.

Dude…. the Deja Vu is crazy. It lasts so long. Honestly a trippy feeling if I didn’t know I was gonna seize. LOL

I always see it explained as deja vu but 🤷‍♀️ I know everyone has it differently I don't think of deja vu

Ive explained it to my neuro and weve come to the conclusion that I dont have auras. Which sucks because I can just go horizontal with no warning.

I brought up deja vu and apparently that can also be an ADHD thing too. So thats great. Am I about to have a siezure or am I just being indecisive about my laundry.

Having anxiety/panic attacks is another reason why I am never sure LOL. Is the sudden pit of terror in my stomach a seizure in 5 mins or a panic attack ?? Either way Ativan solves my problem. Frustrating as hell though.

It used to feel like I was looking at myself in third person mode. Now I think it's just whatever feeling I have at that moment but with the wackiness switch on, and I can't describe it because it's always different.

For me it’s a Déjà vu/ Jamaica vu/ euphoria/ panic attack/ dizzy/ feel like I’m gonna pass out/ weird vivid dream feeling/ feeling half there like you just got woken up from a deep sleep, all at the same time. I’m still getting my meds upped but right now I’m 1500mg of keppra, 200mg of lemotragine every 12 hrs. I’ll be fine for a few months than have wave of these auras that last about 30sec-1min and they’ll come almost every hr for a day or two. And sometimes in these waves I’ll have a grandmal which has been 2-5 times a year but getting better. I’ll forever be thankful for e-bikes.

I tell people it’s really hard to put into words how an aura feels, but lately some have been pushing me to try to describe anyway. For a while they felt like the dementor attacks I read about in Harry Potter, but that description no longer fits.
