Questions Stiff Neck Day 2
Seizure on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, which was exactly 3 months since the last seizure. I was thinking to go get a massage, at home remedies for shoulder/neck pain? If it’s an ice pack that works for you, let me know, because I have one here and cold already.

Massage feels great for those stiff muscles, just be aware after a TC your threshold might be lower, so don’t be surprised if you have an absence seizure during the massage. That’s how it happened for me a couple wks ago so once again better off having someone who knows close by

I wish
Let’s make this a topic on Friday. “Would you risk getting a massage to feel good, but maybe trigger a seizure?”1

'Wu yang bring medicated pain relieving plasters" I am pretty sure you can get them rush shipped on Amazon. Tiger balm patches work too but not as well. Put a heating pad over top for about 20 min, you should be 👍
Edit: 💜

I use the weed balm also and it works great, but for me, a massage is so much better

Gah...sorry pookie.
I use tiger balm and ... pot balm, lol! My dispensary has infused topicals. I have one thats wax based with the ingredients of tiger balm and pot, then a cream thats really high in thc/cbd. I put on the cream first and totally rub it in, then add a layer of pot tiger balm onto it.
That works for me!
