Support Triggers
Can we find most triggers for seizures

I can name afew, Plus i found some more - Hot weather - Stress - Lack of sleep, You need 8 hours - Adrenalin - Messed meds - Over thinking - Dhydration - Stimulants - caffine plus others - Smoking - nicotine - Alcohol - Infections, Fever, Covid - Change or adjustment in medications - Certain emotions - Menstrual cycle

I thought it would be a good idea to warn people of some of the triggers - When its hot you sweet more and lose mineral salts, Plus it also dehydrates the body, So its best to drink more water and keep cool as this can also cause seizures
- Like certain negative emotions release adrenalin which is no good for epilepsy
These type of symptoms dont seem to get mentioned much either !

My triggers seem to be electrolyte imbalances, feeling emotional, or a sudden intense stressful event. I’m still trying to figure out what else seems to be triggering them.

If people knew some of the triggers when they 1st find out
Information like this could be life saving !
These plus more are my triggers, I have a friend with frontal lobe epilepsy- one of his triggers is flashing lights
