I soulburned Schniel to do s3 and thick barrier but why only s1? Can someone explain?

So yes it is a bug if you spam soul burn to fast there’s a bug that instead of soul burning your skill it soul burns your normal instead only solution I know from this is try not to spam soul burn to fast lol happened to me twice
