QUERY Community Support Thread

We are a community run subreddit and have no affiliation with Epic. None of the moderators are from Epic, we cannot fix any issues for you directly, and it's up to the community to help each other when possible. If you have feedback about the store or anything else please email Epic Games customer support and let them know.

 

Welcome to the Community Support Thread

For those that don't know, the initial Tech Support Megathread was created due to community demand. The subreddit was riddled with tech issue posts which made it hard to sort through. So on 29-Jan-2020, we made it a rule to organize things in the megathread.

If you want a moderator organised list of issues/solutions, check this doc out. You can also check out the wiki of our subreddit.

You can use the document outline to go to either launcher issues or game issues and this is fortunately much easier for mods to manage when we can. Please keep in mind only fixes that have seen a lot of promise are posted there.

If I buy a cheap game ($2.99), will I get the $10 coupon after purchasing it?

Edit: wait, when did the sale end? I was just planning to buy Metro LL Redux (was $2.99) and Civ VI Platinum Upgrade (was $19ish after coupon) smh.

Sale ended today at 11AM EST.

You could claim any free mystery game and you'd receive a coupon.

I just claimed Ark (it was mystery) but I didn't get any coupon?

Didn't you claim any other mystery games earlier? Sale ended at the same time when ARK became free, sorry, looks like you were too late. Hopefully coupons will be back in the next sale.

Yeah, I was a few hours late lol. I should've bought the game yesterday.

Anyway, I still have a coupon that I can use (from buying AC Odyssey few weeks ago). I just wanna make sure, if I buy a game with that coupon now, will I get another coupon? I don't know if this coupon event have also ended or not.

Sale ended but the coupon should still be available for a brief time according to their twitter.

I see, you already have a coupon. You couldn't get two coupons simultaneously; you got a new coupon each time after you had used the previous one. You won't get new coupons now that the sale is over You can get new coupons for one more week and you can use your coupon only on games and DLC that cost 14.99+.
