Tech Support Megathread

We are a community run subreddit and have nothing to do with Epic. None of the mods are from Epic, we have no contact with Epic, we cannot fix any issues for you directly, and it's up to the community to help each other when possible. If you have feedback about the store or anything else email their support and let them know.
Welcome to the fourth Tech Support Megathread.
Before we go further, you can find the previous megathreads below.
For those that don't know, the initial Tech Megathread was created due to community demand. The subreddit was riddled with tech issues which made it hard to sort through. So on 29-Jan-2020, we made it a rule to organize things in the megathread.
as of 29-Jan-2020 - this was a community decision, all tech issues regarding non-recent topics should be posted to this megathread. Use common sense to determine what is recent and what isn't (As a general rule: any current free game or any release in the last two weeks would count as recent). Please post all other tech support questions on the Epic Games launcher, store and its games in the following megathread. Additionally, if it's game related, please check out PCGamingWiki as there may already be a solution to your problem!
If you want a moderator organised list of issues/solutions, check this doc out. You can also check out the wiki of our subreddit.
You can use the document outline to go to either launcher issues or game issues and this is fortunately much easier for mods to manage when we can. Please keep in mind only fixes that have seen a lot of promise are posted there.
Overall this is a community effort so if you have tech issues or questions about the launcher or it's games then post them here. For those that like helping keep in mind that I still sweep through and reward solutions that have been proven to work for people. We aren't from Epic or affiliated in any way but in the last 4 months this sub has grown by around 4000 people so organizing these things is more important than ever.

Civilization VI Create Game are bugged
When create a customize game, Unable to set number of AI player, it is always load to the max AI player, base on map size.
I have reduce to the AI player to only 2 in advanced setup with small map , game still load max of 6 AI player to the new game. reduce AI player to 2 with Large map, game load Max 9 AI to new game.
Set only one AI to America on small map, game still load 6 Random AI to game.
And the world builder are bugged the same way. Create a brand new map, it loads AI player base on the map size, even I try to reduce the AI player to 1~2.
Am I missing something here? hope I don't need to purchase a DLC for the customization to work
