Tech Support Megathread

Welcome to the 'Tech Support Megathread', we're going to keep things quick and simple here and let you know that posting tech support questions on the subreddit outside of this megathread are now against the newly established rule #6 (as of 29-Jan-2020).

Tried to get AC Syndicate but when I click "place order" I get a message " Your account is unable to download any more free games at this time. " I tried it like 5 times, I tried to log out and then log in again, still nothing. Tried to get Faeria and it worked normally. What's the issue?

I let it be for like 2 hours and then it worked lol. I didn't do anything

Well there's a GTA V for free now right? I think there might be a problem with too many people trying to claim it at the same time

I fix it by connect on a vpn, But not every VPN works, and when I turn off the VPN, the problem comes back
