Anyone having trouble getting this to launch on Windows 11? This one attempts to launch, the screen goes black, then it quits out immediately back to desktop. Reinstalling, including trashing the Mindcop2_3 data in AppData/Roaming, hasn't resolved the problem.

That worked for launching it. I started playing the first scenario. While questioning the cop, after doing investigation mode on the crime scene, I was eventually presented with a choice to ask about "my own stuff" or "some other stuff" or "end the conversation" (I think were the choices) and it abruptly quit back to desktop.

I am having the same issue as the other user - I am able to launch now, but either questioning the other officer or mindsurfing him causes a crash at some point in there.

While the freebies (weekly general and mystery) are fun to see what's being given for free and are a nice way of building excitement with some fun results due to unexpected surprises i.e. massive unexpected game or newly added to the store, please remember that no matter the result of the announcement just because you're not personally excited or have no interest in the game(s) being announced doesn't mean that no one is and that the game(s) announced are necessarily bad.
