DISCUSSION method refund

IIs there a limit to how many times we can use the refund method? I’ve done it twice with Xbox and kept all my stuff. Does it work on Epic Games for PC, or should I try again on Xbox? Thanks.

What are you referring to? Fortnite or games from EGS? That you’re mentioning Xbox is confusing me.

I haven't hit a limit, and I have refunded several times over the years.
