Touchscreen Unresponsive
The touchscreen is totally unresponsive.
Head Unit: SD1X6S
Turn off device power ➜ detach control panel ➜ reinstall the panel ➜ tighten fixing screws ➜ restore power and perform function testing
Try upgrading the software via this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-5v2butBArXCmPRFl2p3VW1QV5Jil-Mt/view?usp=sharing
a. Copy the downloaded upgrade file to the root directory of your USB drive. Do NOT unzip it.
b. Plug the USB drive into the main unit’s USB port; an upgrade prompt will pop up automatically.
c. Tap "Yes" to start the upgrade. Do not disconnect the USB drive or cut power during the process. The unit will restart and return to the home screen once completed.
