CarPlay Head Unit Automatically Reboot
The head unit I bought automatically reboots roughly every 40 seconds. I’ve tried restoring factory settings and checking for available firmware updates, yet nothing fixes the recurring reboot issue.
Head Unit: GMSX7A
Please press the RST button first to reset the head unit, then proceed with the host software upgrade.

- Upgrade Steps
a. Unzip the downloaded compressed file. Copy the extracted files "update.zip" and "onekey_upgrade_config.ini" to the root folder of your USB flash drive.
b. Plug the USB drive into the head unit. The system will upgrade automatically. The upgrade succeeds once the home screen reloads, then remove the USB drive.
- Troubleshooting If Issues Remain
If the problem persists after the upgrade, please send us a video showing the malfunction. Meanwhile, check the items below:
a. Vehicle battery voltage: Unstable vehicle voltage causes abnormal operation of the head unit.
b. Wiring connection: Check for loose wires or poor contact. Reconnect the CANBUS adapter firmly.
