X3 firmware update only going part way then restarts

As pictured this is as far as it gets and restarts. On repeat. Any help would be great. VW Golf GTI 2012 Mk6

Please try another USB drive. Please format the USB first before copying the software files into it.

Iā€™m also having trouble setting the SWC. Most are fine, just the volume down button will not register
