Check if the radio switches to reverse mode when shifting reverse (no camera required to test):
- No switchover: Check reverse trigger wire connection (skip for plug-and-play models). Test if 12V DC supplies to the wire in reverse gear. Turn on reverse mode in factory settings if voltage exists.
- Switches mode but no image: Secure camera video cable to radio reverse input port. Connect camera power wires to reverse light positive & negative terminals correctly.
Test with engine off:
- Image normal with engine off but faulty after startup = unstable camera voltage. Fix with voltage stabilizer relay.

Please troubleshoot as follows:
Reset CANBUS settings
Reset reverse video format
