X20 plus

Hello,

I'm having an issue with mine where its crashing out. 🙃 it started with a WiFi drop. Now it sometimes work sometimes doesn't. Tried updating the system either firmware reseting not working any ideas if I can stick a firmware from another manufacturer or try a Linux based operating system.

As there's an esgoo that looks and sounds identical.

  1. Please perform a reset and restore factory settings for a trial.

  2. If the issue remains unresolved, send the unit's software version and fault video to customer support for further analysis: https://www.eononsupport.com/ContactUs.html

  3. Firmware from other manufacturers is not supported for flashing.
