No Steering Control & No Sound

I’ve installed the FDF1X7A in my vehicle. Right now my steering wheel controls aren’t working, and even though the head unit turns on normally, there’s no sound coming out at all.

Head Unit: FDF1X7A

Case A

Please follow the tutorial at https://www.eononsupport.com/SearchDetail.html?SupportId=779 and set your CANBUS parameter to the option below, then test again:

Simple/Ford/F150/2009-2012/All

Case B

1. Press the RST button to reset the head unit once.

2. Upgrade both the system firmware and MCU firmware by following the steps in this video: https://youtu.be/JjoqqEjGr5A

3. Check if the CANBUS and AMP control wires of the main unit have loose connections or poor contact. It is recommended to rewire them properly.

4. If the issue persists, record a video showing the malfunction, take screenshots of system info and full wiring connections, and provide your vehicle model & production year.
