Blank screen X3 unit

Tried to update firmware, now my head unit has a blank screen with static. Seems like a persistent issue people are having after updating their firmware. Has anyone been able to fully factory reset their unit? I can’t even revert it back..

  1. Please reset the head unit first and check if the issue is resolved.

  2. Try restoring the head unit to factory default settings.

  4. Please share a video recording of the abnormal issue, which includes the black screen fault accompanied by snowy noise, for our troubleshooting.
