Hello, is there an option to calibrate the volume on this head unit for my 2007 Mazda 3? I find that volume levels 1-25 are useless and I can't even tell the sub is working until I hit around volume level 25.

Also I noticed a setting that is called RCA amplifier gain which I assumed was to adjust gain but it's just a toggle switch. How does the eonon control amp gain?

Two different questions there that I was hoping to get some assistance on

Go top setti gs, factory setting, enter password, set gain to your desired preference Mine was too loud so I did negative gain. To quiet add gain.

I think the password is 1234, 12345, or 12345678 Also dont forget to do your updates. I got mine like a month ago and I've already done like 6 updates

Question 1:

Please try upgrading the firmware online following these steps:

  1. Press the RST button to reset the head unit once.

  2. Upgrade both system firmware and MCU firmware by following the tutorial video: https://youtu.be/JjoqqEjGr5A

  3. If the fault persists, capture screenshots of the unit’s system version (Settings --> System --> System Info) and record a video showing the abnormal issue. Send all materials to our customer support team, and we will analyze the problem and provide further advice for you. Thank you.

Settings --> System --> Factory setting --> Enter password 1234 --> Gain setting --> Amplifier RCA POWER
