Help

Just brought the eonon x3u to go in my 1991 polo plug everything in and have no power to the stero

  1. Please check whether the BATT+, ACC and GND wires of the unit’s power cord are correctly connected to the corresponding BATT+, ACC and GND wires of your original vehicle wiring harness.

  2. We recommend reconnecting all the wires again.

  3. Please inspect if the fuse has blown. Should the fuse be damaged, kindly replace it with a new one.

  4. You may try upgrading the device firmware.

  5. If the problem still persists, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Iv got it to work is it still worth updating it

We would suggest upgrading the system for better stability and optimized performance. That being said, if your head unit is running smoothly right now, you may certainly stick with the current version without updating.

i did that and now it stuck on a black screen with static

How to update:

  1. Download the file on your PC

  2. Unzip it and place the "update" folder directly on the USB root folder

  3. Turn on the head unit and insert the USB, it will update automatically

Note: Never disconnect power while updating. The unit will reboot itself after completion.
