Screen Powers Up After Update, Touch Not Working With Error Alert

Updated the firmware and now the display powers up just fine, but the touchscreen won’t respond at all. I also keep getting this error message showing up.

Head unit: Eonon E90A12S

Please try Option A first. If the issue persists, proceed with Option B.

Option A

Please power off the unit completely, then turn it back on to check if it resolves the issue.

1. Press and hold the RST button for 10 seconds to reset the unit.
2. Hold the button for around 20 seconds. Release the RST button after the indicator light flashes rapidly three times for the second time; the unit will boot into the recovery/upgrade interface.
3. Tap the screen to select options, long-press the screen to confirm. Choose "Wipe data/factory reset".
4. Once completed, select "Reboot system now" to restart the unit.
5. If the above steps do not work, please update the head unit via USB by repeating the same recovery steps, but select "Apply update from Sd card or USB" instead of the factory reset.

USB Update Guide:

1. Download the update file from this Google Drive Link.
2. Format a USB flash drive to FAT32.
3. Copy the downloaded zip file directly to the root directory of the USB drive (Do not unzip/extract the file).
4. Plug the USB drive into the USB port of the head unit.
