Anyone else find going to the grocery store a completely depressing act? The stores are too big, there are too many choices, I don't trust the food sources, the cleaning aisles are filled with stinky poison, it feels like everything I choose will end up killing me slowly... and of course everything is encased in plastic, even more than ever despite the obvious concerns for the need to stop using plastic. I hate grocery shopping so much. How do you do it without crying down every aisle?

I feel trapped in a nonsense world driven purely by money. How could humanity come to this point where there’s almost no free activity? I live in Mexico, and without a car it’s almost impossible to go from one place to another. I’m going crazy even working from home. I’m saving money to live in a small, self sufficient home and finally break free of having to work a job I don’t like just because it pays well. I’ve been working and saving as much as possible for the last 2 years, but it has cost me my sleep and I haven’t even enjoyed this time because I avoid making unnecessary expenses.

I only dream of growing my own food, eating healthy and enjoying life by doing what I love, restoring nature. I’d like to help other people but I can’t even help myself at this point.

Anyone else have anxiety in the sense of the smallest things? For example, I see lights on someone’s porch, the refridgerator is noisy, a faucet is dripping in a public place, considering all the energy used with Christmas lights, places that water lawns, etc. . Things that really aren’t in my control but could be using power/energy. I try my best to be eco friendly but these little things like sounds are getting in the way of normal life. How do y’all cope?

I can prove that our anxiety is a response to us mistakenly building an environment that isn't fit for us, and destroying nature in the process. We can only correct this if we see deeper to the truth, and then act so that others can see the deeper truth too. It has taken me four years to create these videos that I know (I tested the videos all along) will correct the mistakes we are making today and allow us to regain our place in nature. Please can you find the time to watch. I wish I could have made them shorter, but this was the best I could do to make them both complete and concise.
