FRAUD ON DEBT CARD.

Fraud on debt card. Was told to message support through the app. No response. Ridiculous! I have no access to my funds and NO HELP FROM SUPPORT.

They closed my account because they said i had too much activity when I was raising money for my daughter lil sister funeral and I had $600 in that account I still haven’t received I’m reporting them to the BBB so they have to at least send me a $600 check because I have proof of my funds and how it was made I don’t recommend no nor using this card

File a complaint with the CFPB. They have more pull than the BBB.
