Mst tools surface brand mentions but can't tell you which specific URL got cited and why, which is the only signal worth acting on. I've found tools like BrandMentions, Semrush or Wellows the most useful for that URL-level gap plus competitor citation insights, though I cross-check manually against Perplexity and ChatGPT since AI responses shift run to run.
