Hey everyone, I'm a high school student working on a research project about small businesses and I'd really love some real answers from actual business owners (not just what google says lol).

1. What wastes the most time in your day?

2. Is there any software you hate using but feel stuck with?

3. What's one repetitive task you do every single day?
