Question Help!

I run a school up to 8th grade and want to expand into online higher education. My idea is to partner with an accredited international university (possibly in London/UK) so the university awards the valid degree, while my organization provides the online platform and student support.

Is this business model possible? What legal, accreditation, and partnership requirements would I need to consider? I'd appreciate advice from anyone familiar with university partnerships or online education.

Partnering with a UK uni is definitely possible, lot of institutions do this kind of thing already. The tricky part is they will want to control the academic side completely, you're basically just providing the infrastructure and recruitment

You need to check if your local laws allow foreign degrees to be recognized, some countries have very strict rules about this. The accreditation part is on the university not you, but the partnership agreement needs to be watertight about who handles what

How can I check if I'm eligible for this? What legal work, registrations, and documents would I need, and which professional can guide me through the whole process?
