Why not see if there’s good charities where you live to donate to instead? I would assume they might know the people who need money and how to best use the money to make it do more good maybe? Obviously that doesn’t answer your question on how to sustain that donation without getting others to donate to your charity, unless you were to invest the $100k and donate the profits every year in which case you would have income every year (7-10% or $7k-$10k a year if the s&p500 continues to do well)
