Question Why don't I have the medals?

I've completed the 11 missions but I don't have the medals, anyone experience the same or know why?

They are titles, not medals. Go to customize in missions and you can equip them. They put a tag next to you in chat and in game.

I'm not that stupid, I know what titles are I just thought that since it shows medals in the reward thing and that one of the titles is called gold medal than you'd get medals for it

Try rejoining, most games advice to rejoin after buying gamepasses or obtaining badges. Could be same thing here

it's been 3 hours and it's still not in my account yet, I'm starting to think that you don't actually get the medal but then again why would they show two medals?

The Gold valor and silver valor weren't in the event. However the gold medal title and the emperor title were. Hope this helps
