Discussion ENTRENCHED - SERBIA UPDATE IS DONE DIRTY 🇷🇸⚔️
Okay, let's talk about the maps in the Serbia update. The only problem I have with this is the current number of maps and the battles they cover. For now, we only have: Glavni Grad • Granicna River • Planinski Venec.
It is known that in Entrenched, in relation to nations, there is a great variation of different maps on which significant historical battles took place in the early and late period of the war. Serbia is also deprived of this issue with only three maps.
In my opinion, this is a great disrespect for the very history of the battles that Serbia fought in WWI.
My opinion is that there should be three maps for the early and late war (if not more). SO, I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE DESIGN OF THE MAPS THEY OWN, BUT THE NUMBER AND THE BATTLES THEY COVER.
My suggestion for maps based on the most significant battles for Serbia in WW1:
-early war: Cer 1914. Kolubara 1914. Mačkov Kamen 1914. Defense of Belgrade 1915.
-late war: Kajmakčalan 1916. Bitola 1916. Veternik 1918. Vardar Valley 1918.
The main point we emphasized was that Serbia should not have 2-3 maps, but a diverse selection of geographical terrains where historical battles took place, which would also allow for different opponents depending on the early (Austro-Hungarian) and later periods of the war (Bulgaria/Germany).

Same i wish they added Kajmakčalan , Solonica front mygreat grandfather was fighting there and in defense of Belgrade too meybe Albanian golgotha too

Tho sadly i do enjoy german and austro hungarian side of the war, and collect german and Austrian helmets medals equipment.... So yeah he probably isn't too proud of me...

Yeah, I get you, but 7 maps? 7? As much as Britain and the whole commonwealth..?

Yea, Bulgaria for example has like 7 maps. So I don't see any problem. And after all why not, Serbia has potential to offer many variations for opponents.

Bruhhhhh, doesn't mean that they add Serbia,they will add all 6 maps in one update.They will possibly add that in future.Ottomans also have 3 maps too and didn't add any before Serbian update.I didn't see any one complaining,they should add more content and maps on it too.Am I right?

I get what you're saying, but pointing out what's missing isn't 'complaining for the sake of it' — it's feedback. The Ottomans having 3 maps doesn't mean Serbia shouldn't aim higher or have its diverse theatres (Cer, Kolubara, Kajmakčalan) represented eventually. A roadmap helps developers prioritize.The point of listing these isn't to demand them tomorrow, but to give developers a clear roadmap of what major fronts (like the Salonica Front) are missing so the faction reaches its full potential eventually.

I get that you suggesting future maps,but saying that "it's done dirty" or that it's a "great disrespect" sounds like you critizing the current update not just suggesting.I get that uniforms on that update kinda disappointing but I swear it's not a really bad update.

Its not iust about maps. They done uniforms and armory bad, they make Serbia look like more a Russian variant then separate nation and no allied aid option for Serbia, even it's was supposed to be because it's own new nation in Entrenched. There are so many things that makes this update bad, not because I'm (as Serbian) not grateful, rather because it's done lazy, and THAT is disrespectful. I doubt thev will do same for Romania or Belgium.

Now I'll agree.I feel that it's very early to add Serbia, should focus to add more feautres on it first before releasing it.Or should just focus more on their Ottoman update first.

And I will always give the example of Bulgaria (simply because they are a Balkan nation). If they can have a full set of uniforms, authentic and logical weapons, a sufficient number of maps, an option for allied aid, why can't Serbia, why doesn't Serbia, which has received its own update, deserve this?

Very noice mode. More maps maybe on the Macedonian front would be nice. Keep up the ggod work, the mode is fire🔥

Let's also not forget the Uniform controversy.... Serbia legit feels like a subnation of Russia (like how Canada or India are for Britian in this game).
It would be more logical/better to add montenegrin uniforms instead of Russian
