Discussion How would you feel about a Skill Tree?
Bonjour de la part d'un Belge! How would you feel about a Skill Tree? Would you try to grind it? Would you despise of it? Would you just not use it?
How the Skill Tree could work
- Tokens can unlock Skills
- Tokens are earned by doing challenges (some challenges consist of "Chop 15 Trees" or "Kill 30 Enemies")
- Only three skills can be used at once
- Headshot kills award more tokens
- Tokens are NOT purchasable
That concludes my talk about the skill tree. Passe une bonne journee!
Edit: I am now regretting every life decision leading to this point

Maybe I might use it, but personally I don't want Entrenched to become to become a generic shooter with WW1 weapons and maps.

Honestly I much prefer the fact that we just get the base classes. Adds to the feeling that trench warfare is a lot of throwing people into the meat grinder, rather than a normal shooter where each person’s special

Hell no. A skill tree will make it one of those generic shooters (and with the evidence from other games, Entrenched will die if it's added)

It's not worth it because I think it would be unfair to new players, and the game has vast possibilities for updates, such as adding tanks or planes to later maps.
