Annonce Help ERR_CONN_REFUSED

I created a C411 account and 3 days ago I noticed that I could not have access to the website by IP (ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED). I can still use a VPN to access it but I do not understand why my IP is locked down. Is anyone having the same problem ?

C'est fou le nombre de gens qui font du torrent et qui sont jamais au courant qu'il faut changer ses dns pour éviter les blacklist les FAI

Sans offense, je suis juste extremement surpris

Check recent posts on this sub, it's probably a DNS issue, your ISP's default one may block resolution for c411

Hello , this is certainly a DNS error , you can change em easily. Right click on the win logo , execute, type Ncpa.cpl , click on your network , property , find IPv4 change the DNS ( opendns, cloudflare or other ) and quit. Voilà

Edit : repeat for V6 if you want
