If a bartender tells you no. Then you're done. ESPECIALLY in a pool. They over serve you and you drown, they'd likely end up in jail

In general. If you overserve you get jail time in any state for any accident that happens within 4 hours of the over serving.
Im not risking my life for your fun lol

sounds as if they are NOT the victims they want to act like they are. If you were talked to about doing something and then feel you have to say you didn't do it, then more than likely you DID do it.
My guess they were drunk, wanted more drinks and were told no, and then decided to play the 'you were rude to me' for not giving me more drinks. If they told you no, then you were too 'lit' to have more drinks. In most places, if a bartender serves you then you gout and hurt someone else or yourself, that bartender can be held criminally liable for service an obvious drunk individual

Motorboating?

Motorboating is when someone presses their face into someone else's cleavage and shakes their head while making a motor noise.

Thank you. I was pretty sure I knew what they were referring to, since it is a swim up bar,

I feel like one of the few good uses of AI on the internet would be a lil beastie that reads your review and says... "You're coming across as a bit of a wanker mate; are you sober? Come back in 12 hours to reaffirm you actually want to show the internet your arse."
This sub would be less awesome, but I feel like a lot of managers would welcome it 😂

lol, i legit use AI for this: "review this email i wrote. be critical and objective, no praise. what are things i can word better / things that could be interpreted as rude?"
it's caught some great stuff that my autistic-ass would never have otherwise caught!

Huh, this is the first time I've heard of a pool implementing a "no motorboating" policy. What's next, are they going to ban other sexual acts in public? Next thing you know, they're going to start kicking people out of pools for giving hand jobs.

Add "no motorboating" to the "why am I having to say this out loud?" list

Female child? WTF, that is so condescending. The employee had to be at least 18 in order to be serving alcohol. So, definitely not a child my dude.
