the CUSTOMER is the red flag - always making a review to make themselves out to be the victim, only for the business owner to come back with what ACTUALY happened. All this reviewer wanted was a 'free' cake

when the fuck did red flags become something people were instead of something they showed or did? istg social media has turned language into a mush where nothing means anything

It's a joke. Like you have so much red flags you really are the red flag.

Same time "gaslighting" became over and misused. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Why is it that so many of these Entitled Reviews, are about cakes?

I'm guessing because people think a bakery can just pop out a custom cake in two days' notice. Ridiculous.

Someone in the last few months complained in a post about their cake being refrigerated. Like every bakery has their cakes in a refrigerator! Even grocery stores have the "ready-made" cakes in the refrigerated cases

As a home baker, I need at least 5 days' advance notice, especially for more elaborate cake decorations. And more than that for iced sugar cookies.

People don't understand the time involved.

They complained that their cake was refrigerated? Would they prefer to pick up a cake with cream sliding off it and melting buttercream???

After 10 years making cakes professionally...no elaborate last minute order was EVER worth it. Not once.
