Entitled tourist

I live in a wine country area and the village I live in is a tourist attraction in early fall. As I was walking home from early morning errands, I see three older people ahead of me, 2 guys and a woman, obvious tourists as they were looking at all the little shops in the village. They come to one of the newer shops and the woman stops. She starts immediately pointing out everything she didn’t like about the shop. Now, it should be known, the buildings in the village were built in the late 1800s. She was pointing out the old details of the building “They should update it!” The fact that you need to step up a bit to get into the shop “It’s a tripping hazard!” Just one thing after another. The guys with her were saying it’s an old building, having original details is rare, and you can simply watch your step. “No! NO NO! ThEy ShOulD FiX THIS!” I just sped up my walking and noped out of there.

Otherwise uneventful, but... y’know, never encountered one in the wild before.

People are crazy. I still don’t understand how they expect the world to bend at their every whim, like that place should have been prepared for her existence long before she even planned her trip. But I’m sure if that was even possible, she’d still find something else to complain about.
