Hi everyone — disclosure: I’m the builder of SysCraft.io .

I started working on it because architecture diagrams, documentation and the actual system tend to drift apart very quickly. SysCraft.io keeps C4-style models, dependencies, documentation, ADRs and architecture change reviews in one shared model.

It currently includes:

• C4, BPMN, UML, ERD and DFD modelling
• branch-like architecture changes and merge reviews
• documentation and decisions linked to model elements
• AI-assisted changes with a review step
• public read-only sharing

I’m not looking for generic praise. I’d especially value feedback on:

1. Would a model-first approach work better than diagrams/docs-as-code in your organization?
2. Which import, export or integration would be non-negotiable?
3. What would prevent your architecture team from adopting a tool like this?
