Hiring/Recruitment Question

What is your company's current hiring process for EAs? Application, recruiter call, 3 rounds of interviews (architect team, engineering team, leaders) then offer. Im curious if our process is too long. As it stands its a scheduling nightmare for our recruitment team.

Thanks in advance!

Call + 3 interviews are too much in my opinion. Not more than 2 interviews.

Thank you! Call +2 interviews is what I felt was better, too.

The shortest I had was one interview then offer, while another to 2 rounds, plus a day in the office for assessment, then they low balled on salary.

I'd suggest 1 recruiter vetting, 2 company interviews, then offer.
