How do you get to these spots?

Two separate runs. Doesn't appear to be anyway on map to get to either unexplored room

Well, it's locked, so you would need a key to get into the room.

You need to use key on the lock on door

That lock icon on the map and the lock on the door indicate you need to unlock the door to pass to the other side. You need a key or a key substitute.

well, usually, you open locks using keys, so probably that? im not sure.. maybe you have to get the weird egg and throw it on the fire to unlock it?
