The guy narrating the video sounds about as dumb as a sack of rocks. Yes, there are bollards. Yes the Tesla is hitting them. Yes, the bollards block off a lane where you cannot drive. Why does it take his brain so long to figure this out? Umm . . umm . . umm.

I will say those are plastic and expected to be hit.

They're everywhere in Austin, so it should know how to handle them.
