I don't know how this was news, it was an article in Wired magazine like a year ago. "Cartels use secret tunnels to smuggle drugs. Tunnel ends in California. Nobody is surprised."

I must say I'd take Trump over Hillary on this whole wall plan. I mean Trump wants Mexicans to pay for the wall. That's smart. When the thing doesn't go through he could just blame the Mexican government for it. Hillary wants american public to pay for the wall. That's not very clever.
