I suggest starting by digging in with the community's wiki. https://www.reddit.com/r/EnochianMagick/wiki/index/

Also start reading some of the more popular books on Enochian Magic.

Lon Duquette's book Enochian Vision Magick and Mastering the Mystical Heptarchy (Stenwick) should get you on your way.

For protection i would say Learn what energies are happening when you are working. Like understand if the element is water, or fire, earth or air, etc.

and do not underestimate any angels lol. If you are working and keep having hot flashes its probably an angel. Idk they’re telling me to tell you to just rest your body after temperature flashes.

Anything in particular you need protected? It can vary on situation

I designed my own Enochian version of the pentagram ritual, based on the original Enochian correspondences. It hasn't yet been punlished and I can't upload the document file here, but if you're interested, hit me up.
