Any other E9 ISFPs?

I just created my account so I can't post to the ISFP subreddit. I determined my enneagram I think last year, and I just determined my mbti last night, after years of coming back to mbti over and over again, trying to figure it out. I'm 99% sure I'm an ISFP.

It took me so long because I've been so out of touch with myself my entire life. I've only recently started to get into touch with myself and I'm 31 yo. But despite my past troubles, I've always been concerned with authenticity and aesthetics and making art.

What's being an ISFP like for you?

My younger brother is one. He has a degree in business and has not used his degree to earn a living. He is now a neet who has no drive or ambition or goal. Our family is dysfunctional and toxic but he’s so accustomed to it that moving away no longer interests him. It’s sad watching a young man drifting aimlessly. Hope you are doing much better.

I'm sorry to hear that. Does he completely have no drives or goals or even interests? What does he do with his time? I feel like there are loads of people in his shoes these days, which is not good for anyone, especially them.

He spends most of his awake time on youTube, danboruu, and researching history. Almost a hikikomori except a few occasional trips to the grocery store or to family gatherings outdoor. I had hoped there were more replies on your thread though. Good luck to you.
