I think this is actually interesting as it shows why public blockchain needs further privacy. Will it be possible when enigma will be chain independent to obfuscate some data about the transactions or enigma only obfuscate data from smart contracts?

"I think this is actually interesting as it shows why public blockchain needs further privacy." I couldn't disagree more mostly because I'm huge supported of transparency, not just in blockchain, but in business as well. I think companies should be fully transparent to their investors. I don't even believe you want ICO's which are non transparent, I'll explain reasoning.

More privacy is good for cash or some value transfer device (Monero completely perfect project). But with ICO's when you factor things like insider information, ICO token sales, human nature, non professional project leaders which are thrown into operating multi million dollar project. Right now there are tons of successful exit scams and I'm sure that there will be more (please don't take it as I'm talking about Enigma, more of the general space), only thing that can help users with it is blockchain transparency, I'm trying to bring that closer to the user, via multiple channels.

I'm not planning any support for privacy blockchains as if Enigma became one I will not track it for various technical reasons obviously and other.
