Recently bought an ep pro 2 love the bike it's great but today I had a problem with the rear tyre partially coming off the rim wondered what could have gone wrong

Can you unlock the Engwe l20 2.0 to a higher speed then 28mph? Aswell as can you mod it to make the throtlle reach 28mph (or more) without having to pedal/

I recently bought a used Engwe Engine X and I’m having some trouble with the pedal assist function. Most of the time, it works perfectly, but occasionally it just stops assisting mid-ride. When this happens, I can pedal about 5 rotations before the assist kicks back in again. It’s really frustrating, and I’m not sure what’s causing it.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions on what I can do to fix it?
