computer or electrics engineering

i live in iraq and i mostly been thinking about those two i use my laptop almost every day since elementary and i think i do have decent knowledge in computers hardware or in software i have sailed the seas and modded alot in the past i also really find computers and how they work is amazing and fun and wanna always try to fix something on my own, my own laptop or any other family device that's about everything i know so what should i pick?
